These Terms of sale govern every order placed on hama-k.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all sales on hama-k.com by Hamak ("we", "us", "Seller") to you ("you", "Customer"). The version at the time you order applies.

2. Products

We sell chest of drawers and bedroom storage furniture in various materials and finishes (wood, fabric, metal, rattan, and more).

Essential characteristics - dimensions, materials, finishes, weight, assembly - are on each product page.

Product photos are for illustration only. Slight variations in colour, grain, or finish may occur.

You are responsible for checking the product fits your space before ordering.

3. Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

5. Orders

5.1 Placing an order

You add items to your basket, check delivery information (UK delivery cost is £0), accept these terms, and pay. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email after successful payment.

We may refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, a previous dispute, or abnormal quantities.

5.2 Changes and cancellation

Contact contact@hama-k.com before dispatch to change or cancel. After dispatch, our Refund policy applies.

6. Prices

Prices are in British pounds (£), inclusive of applicable taxes where shown. UK delivery is free.

7. Payment

Full payment is due at checkout.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal Wallet, and Klarna (where shown at checkout).

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments and partner providers. We do not store your full card details.

8. Delivery

Area: United Kingdom.

Cost: Free.

Estimated times (working days):

  • Processing before dispatch: 1 working day
  • Transit after dispatch: 1 to 3 working days
  • Total estimated delivery: 2 to 4 working days

If delivery is significantly delayed, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may allow you to treat the contract as ended and request a refund.

9. Ownership and risk

Ownership passes once we receive full payment. Risk passes when you take physical possession of the goods.

10. Cancellation and returns

UK consumers have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We do not offer any longer return window.

Contact contact@hama-k.com before returning. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We pay return postage for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items once approved.

Refunds within 14 days of cancellation notice or receipt of returned goods, to your original payment method.

11. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • as described;
  • fit for purpose;
  • of satisfactory quality.

If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are in addition to your 14-day cancellation right.

Statutory rights do not cover misuse, assembly not following instructions, normal wear, or damage you cause.

12. Personal data

Handled under our Privacy policy and UK GDPR.

13. Intellectual property

Site content is protected. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control (strikes, severe weather, supply disruption, carrier failure, etc.).

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers keep all mandatory rights under UK law.
