How long does delivery take?

UK orders are typically delivered in 2 to 4 working days (1 working day processing, then 1 to 3 working days in transit). UK delivery is free - estimated timing and £0 cost are shown before you confirm your order. After dispatch, you receive a tracking link by email. Large chest of drawers may arrive in more than one parcel on different days; that is normal for furniture. Allow time to unpack carefully and check the piece before disposing of packaging.

How do I track my order?

What if my chest of drawers arrives damaged?

UK consumers have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel under UK law. Contact us at contact@hama-k.com before sending anything back - returns sent without prior approval may be refused. Is assembly difficult? Will I need help?
