Usage data: pages viewed, products viewed, visit duration, traffic source.

Shopify (e-commerce platform and hosting).

Order data: for as long as needed to fulfil the contract, then archived per legal requirements (typically up to 6 years for tax and accounting).
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Support correspondence: as long as needed to handle your request and any related dispute.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payments are processed over secure connections (SSL/TLS). Hamak does not store your full card details.

10. Your rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Our site is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
